Hello and welcome! I’m Kranthi Kondru, an educator, mentor, and career guide with over 19 years of experience in shaping the lives of engineering students.
Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Training & Placement Officer at Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology, I have had the privilege of mentoring thousands of students on their journey from the classroom to the corporate world.
Over the years, I’ve realized that true education goes beyond textbooks and classrooms. It’s about equipping students with the right skills, mindset, and guidance to succeed in life and career.
